Refund & Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can change unexpectedly and sometimes plans need to shift. Because each session is set aside especially for you, I kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. With 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule your appointment or request a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are generally non-refundable, as that time has been reserved exclusively for you. If an unexpected circumstance arises, please reach out. I will always do my best to work with you when possible.
Missed Appointments
If you are unable to attend your scheduled session and do not provide notice, the session fee is non-refundable and a new booking will be required.
Arriving Late
Your session time is reserved specifically for you and begins at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time so that appointments that follow are not impacted.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a Missed Appointment, and the session fee will be non-refundable.
Technology Requirements
Please be prepared to have your technology in working order prior to the session. You are responsible for ensuring a functioning device, a stable internet connection, and access to Zoom or the agreed communication platform.
If technical issues occur on the client’s side, the Cancellation and Missed Appointment policies apply. If technical issues occur on Medium Gloria’s side, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Unable to Connect with Spirit
Connecting with Spirit is not automatic. In the rare cases I cannot connect with Spirit during a reading, a rescheduled appointment will be offered at no additional charge. If the same issue occurs again, a full refund may be issued at the discretion of Medium Gloria.
Refunds
Once a session has taken place, the session fee is non-refundable.
For eligible cancellations, refunds will be returned to the original method of payment. Please allow time for your financial institution to process the refund.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to support energetic integrity and respect for everyone’s time. Please come prepared -- with intention and without distraction. Medium Gloria reserves the right to make final decisions regarding cancellations, rescheduling and refunds.
